I LOVE this app!! The Al mode is able to keep track of what muscle groups I need to work on and recommends how I should focus on incorporating progressive overload. I don't even have to worry about what workouts l'm going to do because the app makes sure I'm consistent and because of this app I've managed to build muscle and lose over 100 pounds!!!
